GTech Engineering Corporation provides Reserve Fund Study (Depreciation Study) services all over BC. We provide depreciation study services for all kinds of structures and constructions, including multi-family buildings, recreation centers, and commercial buildings.
We have the expertise and experience to provide clients with a thorough study of their property when completing a depreciation study for a building. Our depreciation reports provide opinions of probable costs for future renovations and maintenance, allowing Stratas to budget for the future.
We also provide cost analysis or opinions of probable cost services for the building renovations, insurance, litigation and strata reserve funds.
Depending on the project requirements, the study can be conducted by a team of consultants from the architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and building envelope disciplines. We can coordinate a team of sub-consultants to complete architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical assessments. Reserve Fund Study can be limited to one field per the client’s requirements.
A depreciation study is most effectively produced when preceded by a Building Envelope Assessment. Depending on the scope of the work, our services can include an in-depth review of various building elements from footing to roof and an in-depth engineering analysis. We provide a detailed depreciation report and coloured photographs of the building issues.
